FAMILY FLU SHOT CLINIC
Childress ISD is partnering with CRMC & Clarendon College to provide flu shots.
Tuesday, Oct 20th @ Childress Elementary Pavilion
3-6pm (weather permitting - if weather is bad, clinic will be moved inside to the Elementary Cafeteria)
Flu vaccines will be available for adults and children.
Parent/Guardian must be present to consent for child to have injection.
